What we do

We answer the questions passengers actually ask at the airport. How long is the walk from security to the far pier? Is the express train worth the fare at midnight? What happens to my bag if I miss the connection? These are practical questions with practical answers, and they rarely appear on official airport pages in a usable form.

Each guide is structured the same way: a short summary of quick facts, an explanation of the process, comparison tables where a choice has to be made, and a set of frequently asked questions. You should be able to find what you need in under a minute, standing up, on a phone, with one hand on a suitcase.

How the guides are written

  • Sources are official airport and airline publications, transport operator timetables and published passenger rights frameworks.
  • Timings are given as ranges rather than single numbers, because queue length depends on the hour, the season and the day.
  • Where an answer depends on your ticket, nationality or itinerary, we say so instead of offering a false certainty.
  • Every guide carries an update date. Terminal layouts and transport services change, and we revise pages when they do.

What we are not

We are not an airline, an airport operator, a travel agency or a booking platform. We do not sell tickets, and we cannot check you in, rebook you or trace your luggage. When a guide explains a procedure, the action itself always sits with your airline, the airport or the relevant authority.
